"And it is not your fault". Man, that hit me hard because as someone who's struggled with mental health, the words, "It's your fault!" are all too painfully repetitive. I loved the book for showing that the blame for illness, while it impacts loved ones, should not be laid at the feet of the sufferer. One rating coming up.

Nor should others feel at fault if they try to help, and are unable to “fix it”.
